Previously, I rarely relaxed..always needing my phone by my side and constantly on the look-out for a quiet place to talk when the phone rang. Once Oberoi took over, I could unwind and choose when I had my 'down-time' or I could get on with my job as an osteopath or do my admin uninterrupted. We have had our own receptionist for some years now ..but still use Oberoi out of hours or when she is off and the communication between them is excellent. It amazes me how much information they retain about my business - especially as it evolves and changes. They are so efficient keeping us up-to-date on the calls they take; so we can respond instantly if we need to and the overview at the end of the day is invaluable as a record. I've been using the call answering service for around 5 years now and it gives me peace of mind that my calls are being taken professionally, when I'm otherwise engaged or on holiday. I regularly ask my customers for feedback and they tend to think that Oberoi are my own staff which is a good sign.
