The staff and food were both exceptional. Friendly, helpful and accommodating and all with good humour and a smile. The museum and shop parts were small but interesting but as a resource it makes visiting Luing and Cullipool all the better. Fantastic.

Lovely place, dog friendly. Amazing home made cakes. Only a shame they stop serving “proper” food earlier than we got there!
Fascinating place to find out more about the history of Luing and the other slate islands. Good food and breathtaking views too, so well worth a visit.
Had lunch today. Seafood Chowder to die for, with a Latte to finish. Great to get in out of the rain and enjoy some warm home cooked food, Always worth a visit with shop and museum along with the cafe.
