Worst agency I have ever seen. When moved into the new flat in Longmeadow farm, the flat was horbile. Mould everywhere, old paint, oil from cooking on the walls, doors and windows had gaps all around, you could feel the wind draftinf all the time. After a week of work, property was spot on, all gaps filled, everything repainted, and they offered me only 80 pounds for my work! After that it took them two months to fix my shower, because it was leaking, in a years time they could not replace my leaking fridge, and in the end when I moved out they havent given me my full deposit back, even tho the house was 10x better than before! Avoid at any cost!

This agent is not reliable and they are liars. I went to ask about an accommodation, I was told it was still available and can be viewed later that day at a said time. I called them and they told me the landlord was tthere. I waited there for more than 30minutes and I also called then and they told me they will call me back when they have contacted the landlord, I had to leave when they didn't return my call. I called them on others occasions but they just lie that they will call back but never did. Avoid them please.
We enjoyed renting this flat so much, the landlord is fantastic and so helpful. Any problems were fixed the same day or as soon as possible. The location is great too Good service and prompt communication. Aqib in particular has been a real help, replying to my queries even late in the evenings. Excellent service from the property management team at Oakwood. Would recommended to everyone thank you.

I found him very professional, dedicated, and a genuinely kind person , who goes way above whats one might expect from a letting agent. He makes what can for many be a stressful situation into something where the clients feels comfortable. Cant speak highyl enough of him. Any potential landlord or Tenant is lucky to have him..
