Alex was great to talk to and so so efficient. Super clear and reassuring - lovely the whole process. (I think I spoke to Katie too, who was lovely!)

Given the strange times we're living though right now, Oakwood homes have gone above and beyond to ensure the rental process is as quick and easy as possible. Their online virtual viewings have stood out amongst the other's I've seen, answering every question a tenant could want to know, before we even need to ask it.
I have only had very positive experience of Oakwoods while buying this property. There was great communication from them and they effectively liaised with the seller to ensure that the purchase went as smoothly as possible. These are difficult times and at all times they followed the requirements to keep everyone safe. I would definitely sell my property through them but having just bought one I don't plan on doing so just yet
Even though our purchase fell through, I still wanted to leave a positive review. I feel the level of service we received from everyone, but specifically Anita and Adam at the Margate branch, was exceptional. Lovely, professional and knowledgeable people who went out of their way to be helpful and timely in their communications.
If you want a company to waste your time and steal money off you then look no further. I made an offer, it was accepted. Then less than a week before I was to take the flat the landlord suddenly pulled out, and Oakwood decided to steal the holding deposit from me with no good reason.
