I went to get the covid-19 rapid test. By the time my exam was done a negative result came through.. it's nice there it's clean the doctors and staff are very nice and cheerful. I didn't see any other patience. You register from your car over the phone. Very smooth process

I have been to Tower Health Urgent Care on several occasions over the years and I have always received excellent care. The office staff is always very helpful and friendly and the doctors are also professional, friendly and willing to take time to address needs and answer questions. Quite honestly I usually go here before going to my primary because I receive better and faster service here. Lastly, while this not might always be the case, I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to be seen. Usually when I have went it is probably more of an “off” hour but I would imagine they are pretty efficient during busy times.

It was a great experience! Our little girl had a bad fall in the basement and need it stitches :( the doctor, nurse, and receptionist were extremely nice! The wait was a little long but we were very happy with the care and attention they gave to our little one. They did so well that our daughter was asking for more stitches (because it didn’t hurt her she said) if you’re in a hurry, this might not be the place for you.

I went to Tower Health Urgent Care in Oaks, Pa for a skin infection over the Weekend and I received excellent care. The staff is friendly, professional & knowledgeable. They took their time to tell me all about my medical issue and provided me with patient instructions that were easy to follow. The office is very clean and the service was top notched! I'd go back for sure if I ever get sick again over the weekend or evening hours!
