We went to Helen for myself and my son with a lot of issues which allopathy couldn’t help with. Helen pointed out intolerances, made us aware of how food can be medicine or poison depending on our choices and also opened up a world of supplements which work a lot better than NHS prescribed medicines!

Helen has been absolutely fantastic and has got me back on the road to living a normal life. I've been suffering with stomach problems for over 5 years and though id never see the end of it, thankfully after having 3 sessions i feel a complete different person, and have got to the bottom of the problem. I wish i booked an appointment years ago! would highly recommend. 10/10

A waste of money I feel I have wasted hundreds of pounds on useless supplements that have made no difference at all and on consultations that did not feel personalised at all. I would certainly not recommend this service to any one.
