I was part of the poor service we received from Oakleys ground care neither my self or my husband were rude to any staff members and always treated them with curtisity and respect. However we were informed by more than one member of staff that they were equally frustrated by the new management members. One stated how difficult it was now having two bosses and another one pointed out that the person concerned was so innefficient he had to have the representative from Husqvarna to sort out the mess he made of his own instillation. So to sum up my complaint my argument was with one person who thought it better to make constant excuses rather than resolving the issue. Neither myself or my husband are SNOBS and we have worked with many companies for 20 years plus and built up a very good relationship when we have received an efficient service.

I bought a robotic lawn mower and after a servey by the owners son l was advised to buy a robot that was not only unsuitable for the job but also very much over priced compared to other local dealers.Due bad insterlation it took two attempts,which still did not make the wrong machine do the job .We did get a refund after hours of argument.It is a great shame that what was a good local business seems to be being ruined by someone who is clearly employed due to who they are as opposed to merit.
