I can’t recommend Oakleafe enough. I may be a good business man but I’m not a expert in insurance litigation. Raj handled my case with professional care and understood all my anxiety related with my fire claim. What could have taken months to sort out Raj and his team got my insurance company to pay out in days. Especially as I work in retail and under the current climate all the stress involved was just taken away by him and his team.Thank you so much you are one heck of a company.
Excellent customer service and brilliant firm to allow take care of your claim. They really take full ownership and goes that extra miles. I must thank Lee who was really helpful throughout the all process and dealt with my claim in a very professional way and got us the maximum possible claim.
Few months back, I have had to deal with a fire incident causing damage to my property. While I was contemplating on what to do, the marketing person from Oakleafe met me and assured that they will take care of the process and make it as pain free. In the end it turned out that, I have had to deal with frequent chasing, phone calls, mails etc. The outcome was also bad that they could not do proper job of accessing the loss and just accepted to what the insurance company had to say. The irony is that, Oakleafe started saying that they have helped me with a claim worth \fortunes\. The reality is that, they were unable to get any claim for some of the real loss, for which I have had to pay from my pocket, in addition to paying them fee. I am very disappointed with the service. I wouldn't recommend them.
Over 10 years I've used Oakleafe and the team for 3 insurance claims and have never been disappointed by their outstanding service. Trustworthy family business.
