Walked in the door and I was instantly greeted by Matt. He had me suited out and sized in less than half hour! He was extremely knowledgeable on sizing and got me exactly what I wanted . I can not recommend Johnny Bigg Marion high enough ! The customer service was incredible and was very reasonably priced. Matt and Chris were very friendly and extremely helpful! I wont be shopping anywhere else ! Thanks guys!

If you ever need training for customer service, I’d show them any interaction Chris has had with a customer. He not only made the whole experience of purchasing an outfit easy, but he advised on colours, types of clothing and gave honest feedback on each choice. I went back to tell the manager how impressed I was and now I’m telling the world. Thank you Chris for making clothes shopping an experience that left me smiling from ear to ear. 10/10

Went into store looking for dress jacket & walked out with the full kit. Staff assisted to pick out a whole outfit for wedding this Saturday spot on. Shoes through to pocket square, flamingo cuff links & shoes. Alterations organised as well. More than happy.

I would like to thank Chris at the Marion store for his wonderful service. I went in there with no clue of what to buy and he had me sorted out in a whole new outfit including Shoes, Shirt, Jacket and Pants. The pants were slightly to long and wide in the leg but that was no problem as he pinned up the hem and took in the leg and had them tailored to fit me. Everything fits perfectly and looks great! Thanks again Chris will come see you again. I would not hesitate in recommending people to go see Chris as they would receive excellent service.
