I had a really good and safe experience whilst having a routine operation on my foot. Although we are at the height of a pandemic, I felt totally at ease, as the whole of the building is COVID secure and the staff are really on the case. My operation went smoothly and completely to schedule and all the staff were amazing and put me totally at ease. The procedure was fully explained to me and my follow-up appointments were arranged there and then. Many thanks to all the staff for the attention and great service on the day. 10/10

The fantastic care that I recieved was amazing. From the gatekeeper right through to discharge the staff where outstanding. The level of respect and professionalism was outstanding. The hospital was very welcoming and extremely safe in terms of corona virus etc. I did not have to worry at all. The day care room itself was very clean and tidy. The whole team work as a team which was really reassuring to see, unlike some hospitals I have been in both NHS and private. I was very impressed by the care I was given by the team was outstanding. If you are going to have treatment here, dont worry your in safe hands.
I had a procedure carried out at Oaklands. The staff were professional and friendly. Due to Covid, the waiting time was a little lengthy from admission but it is better to be safe than sorry. Good job.
