Came to this nail salon due to a friend referring me. Liked the work I saw online and on my friends nails. This friend told me she only takes walk ins, so I didn’t bother to make an appointment. So I decided to treat myself and my friend to get our nails done. I needed a fill and my friend a full set. I was told to take my nails off, no problem.... As we sat down other customers (4) walked in and as soon as they did, they were serviced on. Ok now I assumed we needed to make an appointment, an hour goes by.... no one informs us about wait time or let’s us know the order of which we’ll be next. No communication. A lady walks in signals her tech, she tells her she’ll be next. We ignore it. Waiting some more and now we are at two hours. A young lady walks in and sits down. She then finishes who she was working on and proceeded to ask the woman who just walked in for her nail color!!!! Kidding me!? Finally she talks to us and says, this girl was there before us earlier and she’s going to take her first.... After two hours and fifteen minutes. They finally talk to us to tell us that yet again someone is going ahead of us!!! I am upset that we waiting that long and now I need to get a full set elsewhere. That’s ridiculous. Horrible service.

I won't go into detail, but I found them to be unsanitary, and unprofessional. My services were also subpar. My gel mani is already peeling after one week. I kind of knew when I walked in that it might not be a good idea, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt anyway. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this one has been on my mind since I left, and I think the peeling so soon pushed me over the edge.

So the technicians were very nice, but unfortunately that doesn’t go far when it comes to how your nails turn out. I read a ton of great reviews, and I’m very disappointed. So upset I have to go to my best friends wedding with my nails looking like this.
