Alemeda Alliance transportation did not show for pick up after my appointment 2:45pm. Podiatry appointment. Then Driver bus number 1513 March 8th 2021 at 3:19pm. I paid 5.50 and got 2.75 disabled day pass. People get fines and have to pay extra fare for this.

Bus just left me. Bus was empty and in service. Passed me at 241 at Russell and Telegraph headed south

I am very impressed by their quick service on bulk orders. Also, their professionalism was superb when a customer was being rowdy (banging on the window and pressing buttons left and right while yelling at them). Looking forward to doing business with AC Transit in the near future :)

While I was waiting at a stop, the bus driver drove right past me while looking me straight in the eyes :( They do this fairly normally to commuters who are obviously waiting at bus stops. But other than that, they're a-okay.
