I have now been in my property for 2 months now and I can honestly say that I have been really pleased with the whole process. It is my first property and I love the build, finish, customisation and the service I have received. What I was impressed with was that when I brought up few minor snagging issues, these were all resolved promptly and I am very happy with my new build. I also wanted to thank Karen and the rest of the team Oakings, the whole experience has been great.

Customer service thus far has been first class and snagging completed in a day or so (only one item outstanding, but outside Oaking Devlopments control).
