I'm very protective of my '13 MT CTS V wagon which I service myself, somewhat wary of leaving it with a dealership. I made an exception as It required a replacement supercharger which was under warranty. I'm delighted to report that the procedure was performed successfully. There was no evidence that the car was abused or in any way damaged or of any missing personal property. There was evidence of attention to detail right down to not overfilling during the requested oil change. I also appreciate that they did not suggest any unnecessary repairs. I thank Melissa for helping me with the initial approval and Crystal for her oversight. I enjoyed so much talking cars with John and Juan as they did the leg work. They were like old friends. And what can I say about Wayne as he took charge and immediately recognized the problem which he rectified in one day. The new loaner was just icing on the cake.
