There is plenty of choice these days for gyms but i would recommend joining here to anyone. I personally like a mixture of gym workouts and classes and this caters for both. On top of that the staff are fantastic with an extra shout out for Jack who run the 20/20/20 on a Sunday at 10am!

Just joined for a month leading up to my wedding. Very helpful and friendly staff. Not a large gym but good range of equipment and never too busy when I was there, in off-peak hours. Friendly atmosphere. Good range of classes - I just tried Body Pump and Yoga. Changing rooms were clean, spacious and with excellent showers. Small infra-red sauna that was comfortable and effective. Pleasant cafe/rest area. I would definitely recommend this gym.
