This team are doing a sterling job in crazy circumstances. I for one am grateful for their unstinting care and attention. Ok it takes longer to get through, but time is one thing we have plenty of right now. We're so lucky to have this team. Thank you for all you do

I booked a telephone triage appointment with Dr McAlindon this afternoon using the online system which was so easy to use. I was called earlier than my appointment time which was great. I was told to head straight to the surgery where Dr McAlindon assessed me. I wasn’t left waiting and was seen within a couple of minutes of arriving. I felt fully looked after and listened to. I didn’t even have to wait long to get my prescription. Amazing service and would fully recommend them. Thank you for helping in my time of need.

The staff are doing a excellent job considering the pressure and conditions that they are working under and also trying to keep themselves safe as well as the patients and family's . We have never known times like this before and they are doing a great job for us all

You can be diagnosed by reception who discuss your condition loudly over the phone so the whole waiting room can hear. Then you may as well simply visit the chemist as all diagnoses by a doctor recommend an aspirin / painkiller or do nothing (what do you expect at your age?)

Ive live all over England and the world and I’ve never come across a medical practice so in helpful and unwilling to get me to see a doctor I suffer with chronic eczema to the point where it is so over whelming at point it can make me feel suicidal I’ve been trying for 2 months to see a doctor or just get some steroid cream prescribe rather than spend 8 on one tiny cream that hardly touches the sides.. I’ve never left a Google review before but I literally have never been so fobbed off I really worry for ppl who aren’t as mentally strong as this could honestly tip ppl over the edge
