Within thefuture

I have been to this shop twice; once to rent some e-bikes in which i was greeted by two fantastic members of staff behind the counter, secondly to get my rear brake fixed. Firstly the whole team in there are so helpful and easy to approach, they are not hardcore trying to sell you their bikes unlike other shops in Rutland water. As a customer it is really refreshing to go somewhere that is on a good vibe level to everyone else, you do not feel anxious or under any problem with being in the shop. The staff that work on the main floor are outstanding when it comes to customer service, there is nothing they could of done better so well done. The bike mechanics are fantastic and easy to talk to, I have found other mechanics in other shops with a base knowledge and are really not helpful just rude, here you will only find brilliant mechanics with great customer service and knowledge within the industry. Tim was my mechanic and I thank him for fixing my run around bike, you truly are brilliant within your field. Overall absolutely tremendous experience in the shop and found this will be my new local bike shop in the Midlands. They are the best in the Midlands by far. I wish I new everyone name in the shop to thank them all but I don't therefore if the company reads this, I was in the shop 06/01/2020 for you to thank them.

Rutland Cycling are always so helpful. John was an absolutely superstar last Saturday when we stopped in before and after our ride around the reservoir. Even offered to wash down our bikes before we popped them back on the car. Keep up the good work!

My brother and I have both recently brought a bike from this shop and were very impressed with its customer service. Jon and the team looked after us very well and we felt every one of our questions were answered honestly and knowledgably. We both purchased the same bike and they only had one in the shop, Jon automatically hoped on the phone, located another bike and had it ready for me to buy and ride out the door 3 days later. My brother and I then cycled a route round Rutland water and on return were met by Jon who even cleaned the bikes before we put them in the car. If that isn't 5 star customer service I don't know what is. Both bikes were checked over expertly by Martine who even, without hesitation, sang happy birthday to my brother which put a smile on everyone's face. I cant compliment this team enough, especially Jon who made us feel very comfortable. If you ever need an expert opinion or even want a chat about bike stuff they are the people to go to. Thank you all, we will definitely be returning.
