Having had quotes from several carpet cleaning companies we were pleased when Elite Rutland paid a visit to quote for our carpets and couch to be cleaned. They explained the process that they would undertake and the chemicals they would use, this gave us confidence and peace of mind. Absolutely outstanding service. We were looking for a company to an end of tenancy carpet clean as we were worried we wouldn't get our deposit back, the carpets had a few stains and were very dirty. We shouldn't have worried they came at the time arranged and the carpets were superb I was most surprised. Whilst they were there I mentioned that I needed an oven cleaner they informed me they did that too it was like new. I got all my deposit back and a glowing reference from the landlord. Thanks guys first class service.
100% professional, reliable and friendly service. Run a small business open 7 days a week. Had a leak and carpet was very wet, Elite Rutland came out at short notice and sorted this for us. Meaning we didn't have to close. Great job.
Two days before I was due to leave my rented house the carpet cleaning company I had booked cancelled on me. I called elite rutland they were fully booked but said they would help me out, they worked through the night to get my carpets and oven cleaned, they also cleaned the whole house top to bottom and touched up all the paintwork, I cant thank you enough, great service and a great job even the agent was impressed.
