They are brilliant here, I could not get my cassette off to change it. Not only did they spin it off and put a new one on, and also sold me a chain to go with it. Always very helpful, and you do not have to pay to park to go and see them.

Nothing is too much for Brian and Mark. I have a very expensive and rare bike. My carbon gear lever broke. ON THE SAME DAY I went to ask Brian for help. He IMMEDIATELY checked his contacts and although my bike is 10 years old, found a part in Germany for me. The whole issue was resolved within a couple of weeks AND they put a new chain on the bike for me without my asking. I absolutely love this great company. Oh! And by the way, they repaired my mountain bike so I would have a bike to use while waiting for the repair. Just superb! 19th December Once again Brian and Graeme to the rescue. Faulty gear repaired on the spot!! Amazing people! Love ️ this company!

It is very rarely that one finds a cycle shop where one is given time, advice, and where repairs are carried out promptly, efficiently and expertly; Oakham Cycle Centre is such a place and I highly recommend it to all local cyclists as the go-to place for bike purchases, repairs and advice.
Fantastic service!! I was on a week cycling trip and broke a spoke, and arrived in Oakham for our overnight stop. I needed to get it sorted ASAP and it was late on a Saturday. I called Oakham cycle centre on the off chance that they were still open, it was after closing time. They answered and said to bring it down. Mark was a hero and sorted me out with a new spoke, and even offered to drop bike at the hotel I was staying at down the road. I can’t thank the guys enough for their help!
