Joined this practice in March 2020, not the best time to change GP with the pandemic. I have worked in some GP surgeries as well so am in a position to review from both sides of the table. I must say the staff and service here is superb. They are prompt, polite and very thorough, even with the ask my GP online facility. Well done Oakfields.

By far the best surgery in the area. The surgery itself is a lovely bright, airy sunny space with plenty of seating and room to move. The doctors are fantastic and you always feel listened to, never rushed. The nurse practitioners are the best I've ever seen anywhere. Dawn herself has seen me through some of my worst times and has been responsible for alleviating some of my long standing health difficulties, something I never thought possible. She and the rest of the staff always make time for you despite being extremely busy. They all go the extra mile to ensure patients are well looked after and attended to. The dispensary & reception staff are spot on too. Always really friendly, so helpful and they, as the rest of the team there take time to get to know you and make you feel welcome and valued. You really could not be in better hands than those of the team at Oakfields Health Centre. You're far more than just a name to them and this is one surgery that in my opinion stands out as a shining example to and sets the standards for all others. This is how it should be done and how healthcare should be.

Best doctors surgery I have ever been to! Reccently, moved into the area and used this doctors for the first time today. Was urgently in need of some help and received a phone call from the doctor within a couple of hours of speaking to the receptionist. The doctor genuinely listened and cared about my wellbeing and instantly arrange support and a prescription.
