Ordered Weathertech floor liners online from Radco rather than from Amazon or the dealership. Submitted order on a Tuesday and the liners arrived at my doorstep on Thursday morning. Great customer service, pricing and prompt shipping!

Relatively small store but had the topper I was interested in on display. The salesman who helped me was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I ended up ordering a topper from them and will update my review if I have any issues with their techs during install.
I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Good luck trying to get a hold of them because they hardly ever answer the phone. I order a replacement topper window clearly stating what side needs to be replaced, I go to pick it up and they have ordered the wrong side. They order me the correct side called weeks later and said it was there. I go in and now they can’t find it and have to order it again but should be in quickly. Two weeks pass I Call and they said it will be here by Friday and they will call me. I call today at noon and they haven’t got the truck yet but it should be here by the end of the day we will call you when it arrives. I never get a call. I now have been months without a topper window.
Austin is fantastic! Visited Radco 3 times, Austin greeted us each time like we were old friends. I left my coffee mug there the first time and he held it for me. Something else he did that others don't was there phone was ringing while we were at the counter. Rather than pick it up, he waited on us, the customers in front of him. Greatly appreciated!
