Well when you bring your car in for a service issue and they find other problems and promise you your car in 4 days. No one communicates with you no phone call,text or email. You have to call them and leave a message it takes 2 days before you call again and get someone and they can't answer your questions and tell you the person with the answer won't be back to work for another 2days ? It takes 7 more days before you get your car. You drive it for a month and start having problems again. You find out they fixed everything but the original problem you brought it in for? So another 10 days without my car yes I had a loaner but it comes with restrictions. No drinking, no eating and no pets allowed in the car. You would think you would get a follow up call for everything that you had to go through? You know a little customer service?

Took my Escalade in for service got an oil change and radiator flush. I brought it back in the second day because coolant temp in 240’s . I was told I needed a thermostat. They put coolant in and the temp went down. Took the car to my mechanic and we found that the radiator was leaking coolant. I will never go back to this location ever again. Horrible service and customer service.
