Fished the Oak lake for 24 hours overnight. Friendly staff made us all feel welcome (group of 7) And a Lovely lake. Toilets could do with a revamp and the shop could stay open a little longer but on the Plus side with takeaways available to the car park. Unfortunately we didn’t catch any Carp (maybe due to overfishing after lockdown) just a few tench caught, but we would definitely return for a overnight session to finally catch a Oak lake Carp.

Brilliant place to start kids off fishing without feeling everyone is watching .Had some good days here, enjoyed the peace and quite never to busy when we have been. Highly recommended for a good days fishing and night fishing but hold onto those rods or loose it like i did one night no joke big fish are in those lakes. Friendly staff and owners just a great place.
Just finished 48 hour session at this venue. Worst Fisherie I have been to in a long time. Swims too close together. No decent sized carp. Described on website as one the best carp fisheries in Essex. More like one of the worst. Wont be coming back. Toilet facilities are filthy. Simon (Brentwood)
Fantastic lakes, trying my luck on the Predator lake this time. All swims kept neat and tidy, good job guys keep up the good work
Very well organised. Toilets and shower facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly. They serve coffee and full English Breakfast. Lovely place for a weekend to relax!
