If I would allow me to put 0 stars I would. But this is the 4th time A-1 has been dispatched to me for a tow and they just leave me stranded so I have to contact another towing company. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. If you use them for a tow I’m very sorry. The drive is a disrespectful a**hole and I don’t know how he still has his job!

ETA was 90 minutes. After an hour taljed to driver. Driver saud he'll be there in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes i called A 1. They said driver hit traffic he's around the corner be there in 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes before I called again. It has now been 2 hours. Company says he's in Chicago, he'll be there in 40 minutes. I will never call them again. I called another towing company. They were here in 15 minutes.
