Bought and had them install a cover for the bed of my brand new truck. After the install was complete I had 3 dents on the rear of my cab. I brought this to their attention and they denied having done it, and said they won't do anything about it. Here's a picture of one of the dents.

Several wrong things from chips to my brand new truck with bad pain job to cover it up. Uneven installation that I can clearly see but somehow an expert couldn't see. See the photos, as of 6/6/2020 I have taken it back in for fixure, and will bringing it one more time on 6/8/2020. Do you research and go somewhere else! Or before you walk out the lot make sure everything look right to you! Updated as of 7/15/2020, spoke with Nick around June 22nd which Lakeland will fix the problems since it is under warranty. I explained and asked Nick for suggestions since I have to use my truck with the cap in July 17th, if I was to bring it in on Monday June 29th, will it be ready by that date or should I wait until I get back from out of town to get it fix. I was assured that I will get my truck by July 17th. As it turned out I called in Monday July 13th to see if my truck cap was ready. Whomever answered say my cap was coming that day and he'll call me later that day to set up an appointment. Well I didn't received the call, I called again on Wednesday July 15th. This time I'm told it is not ready and my truck cap is not in and might not be in until next week. You see my fustration here. If I knew something like this was to happen. I would wait until my trip is done to bring it. I understand with covid-19 production is slow but if I asked for a suggestion and you say it's a guarantee then it should be that or honest from the beginning about not being sure and should suggested I wait. All I got was \well it's out of my control.
