I moved over to 02 this year and the service i received was the best customer service i have received from anywhere. Nothing was too much trouble for Ashley and he helped me every step of the way in getting my new phone and getting it set up, even down to explaining the 02 apps and perks that come with them. The service i received from Ashley was first class customer service and has definitely made for one happy customer.

I bought a mobile phone direct fro O2 but when it arrived at my home via the post it was then necessary for me to go to their shop in Macclesfield to get it properly setup. Unfortunately it took two visits but eventually it got sorted and I was able to get a decent new contact with the managers help. But given the trouble I had I will never buy direct from a network company again.

Jeremy provided a service well above 5* after I called into the store to inform them I had lost my pay as you go mobile. By using technology he reassigned my number, located the lost phone and as no-one had used the credit gave it back using the new mobile phone I purchased. He then gave me a really good contract deal...thank you to him for being so patient and knowledgeable. A credit to O2.
