A very nice and cozy place.
A hidden gem right across from Nyborg Slot. Food is made with care and inspiration with a Danish twist (expect mellow, nuanced flavours for hard-core chilli fans). A homey feel and damn good nachos.
Great prices, flavourful food. Location is well situated. Service was cordial but really slow. A lot of chit chat with others when I waited for menu and drinks. Travellers beware - they charge some percentage off your bill if you use a non-Danish card. While I paid with a Danish card, this was a turn-off since the waitress didn't inform of this at the start but thought to mention it when I paid. Not to mention travellers pay exchange fees and the business gets paid in DKK anyway.. quite strange and a bit sneaky! Haven't seen anywhere else that does such things. Could be 5 stars if these issues were addressed.

Waited ages to order, then for the starter, then for the mains, then for attention to pay. Food was OK, service was poor and drinks were confused. The town looks lovely though.
Excellent serving, and the food was amazing. After a day's trip through Denmark, even though we were 4 dead tired and hungry people, the owner decided to keep the restaurant open over time, and serve us with all that we needed. Definitely will return!
Authentic Mexican in Nyborg, my dish was supposed to be carnitas de carne with pork but was amended to beef and chicken. Place was pretty busy with mostly locals.
