I don't find it acceptable to wait 30 minuts for my food at a fast food restaurant. I also got the wrong food, and as I'm a vegetarian, I could not eat it because it was meat in it. The guacamole burger was okey, but there was almost no guacamole on it. The staff was very unserviceminded and not helpfull at all. They were not orginazed and had to walk around in the restaurant and ask the guests what they ordered. For me, this is an experience I rather not have again and therefore I won't come back.

I'm very conservative when it comes to burger joints admittedly, so it's always with some tripidation that I venture into a new one. This proved to be completely unfounded. Burgers were as good if not better than the surrounding competition, the fries were topnotch (I prefer them when a bit of peel is still left) and time from ordering to delivery were just as short as anywhere else. I can happily say that there is now 3 worthy joints to choose from at this highway exit. Excellent!
Quick and nice service at the drive through. Was craving some Carl's Jr. since I wasn't living in the Denmark the past few years. Great chilli cheese tops, possibly the best in Denmark. Since the drive through operational desk wasn't exactly working, the boy came out from inside to deliver our food all the way to our window! Great service, no doubt!
Tasty burgers, crispy fries, a nice alternative to the endless McD and Burger kings in Denmark. A bit more greasy than McD and BK but for me that is a plus

Service was slow, on multiple ocasions. I would recommend ordering in advance via the app. That should take care of the problem. The food is good, above the regular fastfood standard, but nothing to drive out of your way for.
