Arrived early with 2 other customers and allow them to go ahead of me since my appointment wasn’t until 9:30 am. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. As I was filling out the Covid survey , I could see the women was having trouble reading the survey. She kindly asked if I could assist. The receptionist (Roma) quickly said No No you can’t help her she needs to go get a translator. We asked if the women can use google translate and once again the rude receptionist said NO No. I asked if the form was written in another language and with a rude Obviously there isn’t one from the rude receptionist, really ticked me off . The owner came out and really took the time to read the questions out to the women where she understood all of the questions. I suggested they have forms in other languages to avoid this issue. Now as i was continued doing my own survey the receptionist asked for my ID in which i responded wait i will handed to you when I’m done. Once again she was and asked if I heard her in such a condescending tone. They Need a new receptionist.1 star if that they get from me.

Awful! First, they do not post their rates online. The information I found says that they charge 25-30. When I got my final bill I was shocked to pay over 100. Second, their website says to print and fill out the form, and I did it. The girl on the front desk said something like they could not complete the service and forced me to choose another option. I paid a hundred bucks and now I don't even know if it is going to work for me.

If I could give this place ZERO ️ I would! The woman who answers the phone and works there gives horrible customer service—if you can even call it that! SMH \u200d️ She is bothered and annoyed just to give you even a little bit of information and rushes you off the phone quickly. I should have known better and I wish I did know better as to not go in there after dealing with her on the phone. Nonetheless it was the only location in New York that I knew of that offered the service that I needed. She was just as rude and uninterested in person as she was on the phone. AVOID this place at all costs if you can!! I will NEVER return there again and I am very sorry that I gave them my money and business to begin with!

private system that cant edit a scheduled appointment to a different kind of appointment. they had me come 2 different times because the system cant edit an appointment of mine to a different one. also there were no clients. i was the only one there at 420. my appointment was at 5 and they close after 6. i dont blame the staff but the actually way this is setup.
