Fantastic little spot in Bridgwater. During my visit the staff were attentive, friendly & helpful. The food was of great quality whilst still affordable. Great range of drinks on the bar. I worked out of the site and grabbed some lunch several times and it'll be the only place I visit when I travel to Bridgwater.

Visited for lunch today. Great food & service, fully complying with covid guidelines. Would definitely go again.
Visited on 22nd August 2020 and found the Nut Meg under new management and newly refurbished. Had a lovely meal and the place had a choice of local drinks including a great selection of Gins.
Excellent food, location and very friendly and efficient staff. I love coming here. Really recommend this to anyone visiting Bridgwater.
Sorry but this place has gone downhill since change of ownership. Used to be the best breakfast place in town but now I’d consider it as the worst. Poached egg come out over done and solid, cheap sausages used and deep fried instead of the choice of 2 types of sausages before, bacon is cheap and not cooked for long. Gives a feel of grub wagon which isn’t great as this was the place to go for breakfast before
