I would like to thank you for venici wild grey travel system it amazing pram and the staff have been brilliant with organising the collection off it which was early then we thought thank you guys.
I bought the pram from this store - they charged me for next day delivery even though they couldn't do that - after I emailed them they refunded me that but had I not emailed I wouldn't have gotten it back - when the pram arrived it was more like a dolls pram flimsy and not suitable for any child \u200d️ The space in between the back wheels and break is ridiculous I kept hitting the break on which is dangerous.. My little girl pulled the front safety bar and it broke in her hand The wheels are held on with flimsy wheels - if that was to buckle it would cause alot off damage.. I've tried contacting them but they are slow at responding now. They have asked me to return the pram but with no resources to do this.. I'm not being charged tk send something back thay isn't my problem
I purchased a pram mattress on Amazon from here which unfortunately didn't fit, Sue went above and beyond liaising with me to find out the exact model of my pram so she could find me the correct one. I am sooo grateful for all of her help and I now have a fabulous new mattress. Thank you so very much xx
They sell everything you need including replacement rain covers for prams which we couldn't find elsewhere . Great prices too
