Was told an hour for delivery, rang up 1:30 after ordering to be told it hadn't even been cooked yet. Eventually collected it to be met by a confrontational manager! Never ordering here again...

Shocking! Ordered at 8:20pm we were told the food would be an hour. Rang up on the hour to double check the order and they said “we are still cooking the food”... waited another 35 minutes to be told they’re busy and they hadn’t even started cooking the food yet! No offer of discount or apologies. Awful service !!!

This is a local takeaway for local people so expect exceptional service or food. What you get is an unique experience which is, if its to your liking, always personal.
