Offering a 1-star review on someone (NH!) whereby it looks like they simply didn't have enough patience to get in touch with these guys is unfair! I find that good tradespeople are often flat out, and yes, they are not just sitting waiting for your call! I contacted Chris a few weeks back, no issues, he came out, and even viewed my trees without me being here, (because I was busy). That was great. Got a quote, gave them the go ahead. Lead time was a couple of weeks, but my troublesome pyracantha trees and bushes weren't going anywhere. Chris came yesterday as planned, worked all day and removed everything as requested, swept up, treated the tree stumps, nice and tidy, great job. Very much 5-Stars. No faults to comment on. Would recommend.

I had them come out and give me a quote that was very reasonable. I asked then if I could book in to get my hedge sorted and never heard again. I contacted once more to ask about the appointment to be told he would get his wife to ring me and book it in but this never happened. They obviously didn't want my custom so I went else where in the end. Do not recommend at all.

Can't thank you enough. Moved into a new house which Had a dreadful garden in need of some tlc. Requested a quote on Thursday, visited me on Tuesday following week and started work the following Monday. Very reasonable quote and extremely professional gang. I can't recommend you enough. We can now see the wood for the trees. Thanks guys!!!!
