Andy and his team are currently working on a project for my daughter and I have witnessed first hand the quality of their craftsmanship. Their attention to detail, communication and the tidy manner in which they work is refreshing and I would not hesitate in recommending them to both friends and colleagues.

Exceptional from quote to finish. The customer service and workmanship was superb and they were so clean and courteous at all times. We are really pleased with our bathroom and many friends and family have commented on how amazing it looks. We would recommend Rice Property Services every time.
Fantastic service!!! I wanted a downstairs toilet building and installing and Andy completed the work in no time. I couldn't believe what he and his team could get done in a day... I have already asked 'Rice Property Services' to fit my new windows and french doors in a couple of months. Andy and his team are professional, courteous, clean, tidy and most importantly INCREDIBLE VALUE FOR MONEY!!! Highly recommended. I have already recommended Andy to my friends and family and they couldn't be happier too!! Can't recommend enough!!
Excellent Service. Turned up when he said he would and efficiently repared my conservatory. Very pleased with the service and no fears of using Andy's services again.
Quick job to replace a door handle. Work was carried out promptly and without any issues. Communication before hand was easy too. Polite and prompt. Would use again
