Absolutely lost all faith in Ford as a company, my Van I have owned from new and was just out of warranty when it broke down received no help or goodwill from Ford and the problem was misdiagnosed into a major problem when I’m reality could have been and was solved much easier by a competent local independent mechanic at a fraction of the cost quoted at my local Ford agent. Absolutely unbelievable how wrong they were and the arrogant condescending manner in which we were treat, would NOT recommend Allen Ford Nuneaton and Payne’s of Hinckley At All AVOID at all costs.

Purchased a van from the transit centre, what should have been a straightforward sale as I knew exactly what I wanted turned into one of the worst buying experiences I hav had. Took over a week to get ply lined ( get a Independent company to do it if you do buy a van, ford don't even ply the floor anymore). The worst bit though was getting my deposit back from them it took 3 weeks from when I picked the van up. Phone call after phone call trying to sort it. The vans great the customer service is diabolical. Go somewhere else

Went to look at new Puma. The guy who showed us the car was so passive, he didn’t ask or say anything. It felt like it’s inconvenient for him to move away from his desk and try to sell a car. Requested test drive for following weekend he said he’s not going to be there; not like that’s a dealbreaker for us. He said they’ll call us back but no one called. Given two stars because when we turned up another guy actually offered help and he seemed keen, but at the time we’re just looking around.
