The staff have always been helpful. Ordered me a few bits in I needed for the garden and called me to let me know it had arrived then they carried it to my car too so great customer service. Some prices can be average but for the vast majority of products it is a true bargain shop. It’s also useful just on the way out of the town with loads of parking if you need simple hardware bit eg fuses, bulbs and tools. It’s definitely worth a browse because you never know what unusual things they may have in.

This store is ok. The selection of products is very limited and the prices can be fairly high in comparison with other stores close by, specially pet related items. The atmosphere of the store is a little daunting, I think it would be better for the store if they added some ambient music to soften the general feel of the store. When I visited the store there was some completly empty shelves which gives a feel of lack of organization specially in a shop so small. Lastly, I end up not buying anything, because the store didn't have nothing that interested me and believe me is very difficult for me to visit a store with pet products and don't buy anything. I would recomend lower the products price to at least match the competition nearby.

Very dissapointed with this shop bought tumble dryer few weeks ago had part missing the piece that hold hose on.came to use it yesterday no good.went to shop .seen another with the missing piece asked girl can with have that.she said no register mine and tell them i bought it today.and they will send me one.no apoligy.i will take this further it was also a display model which they said it was not.also if you look on recipes from that shop they say no refunds or exchanges while covid 19 around.this should not be allowed.avoid this shop you will waste your time

This store has a fantastic multitude of items for sale, you will find everything or may or may not need, the staff are very polite and the customer service is out of this world, if they dont have the item you are looking for then they make the effort to get the items you need. The store may be small but they hold specialised dog food brands like james wellbeloved royal canin etc as well as house hold names all by far cheaper than what you would pay from the likes of pets at home and other pet shops.. Last but not least where can you get free local deliveries on white goods this includes fridges, freezers, cookers, washers, that also take away the old free of charge. This store is by far the aladins cave of the town and is not being given the recognition it deserves..
