Rally poor customer service I have been several time this branch always the cash counter is closed there's no cash counter staff we have wait a long time to do the widraw, deposit transaction, also he doesn't know how to speak with a customer. Really bad experience
A good private sector bank. Customer service is good here. Can discuss and negotiate about loans, deposits etc.
Good service. Open till nightfall..
Not good. They are lieing to cover their faults. This happens when I went to close one of my account. They are welcoming their customers with a smile but that a smile didn't solve customer issues. I cannot go into details of my problem. Cannot satisfy about their service.
Poor Experience. Since my account is created at millennium branch, I was told to wait to verify the signature. And then due to an internal issue with the staff, I was made to wait 15min without any feedback. When I checked only they remembered me and proceeded to attend.
