The service was courteous and quick. During our visit, there was live music, and it was lovely. The dishes looked OK and tasted fine. However, I cannot say there was anything special during our visit; dishes had the same taste and presentation as in any small restaurant. If you go probably, you won't regret it, except for the prices. For a Costa Rican food restaurant, I believe prices are a bit too high, and you will get the same service, food, and taste in almost any "Soda."

Had the sea bass with a white sauce and it was very good. Rice and beans and tostones was very good as well. Mango and strawberry lemonade was very tasty and refreshing.
Couldn't wait to cut into my salmon yet stopped before I enjoyed the first bite to snap a shot.My date and I mysteriously choose the same dish from the very extensive menu.Lots of terrific looking Costa Rican dishes and not only nicely prepared but nicely presented as well.I was quick to compliment the waiter when he poured out wine and presented it through proper educate.I though the atmosphere was interesting but I found the close proximity of standard grade tables and chairs to be not to my liking...and it seemed a little pricey.Yet,it was a great meal and because the dinning room was sparsely busy we had the whole place to ourselves and good service was not an issue.Fun place for a tourist couple or group.
Great service, food is tasty and it’s presentation is awesome. Loved the decor and friendly environment. Prices are reasonable.
Great place! Fun decor, great service, and a perfect calamari and shrimp ceviche. I had the sea bass as a main, and everything was delicious. I highly recommend it. Also, it’s a short walk from two major museums. I definitely plan on coming back the next time I’m in Costa Rica.
It’s not easy finding a place to eat on a Sunday evening so I googled best places to eat in San Jose and this popped up. The should have been on the list of the worst places to eat in San Jose. I got the small plate of beef tenderloin and my husband got the spaghetti and shrimp. The beef was okay but the corn was hard and old. The salsa was off and there was a hard cheese draped over the beef. The first spaghetti I’ve ever made was 100 times better than this. It tasted like ketchup and pepper actually my husband says it would’ve been 1000 times better if they would’ve made it with ketchup. The shrimp was soggy and very obviously frozen. It was disgusting even my 2 year old wouldn’t eat it and he Loves pasta. Maybe we were just unlucky and ordered the wrong stuff but we definitely won’t take the chance by coming back. The service was really good and the guitar player was awesome.
Great food. Very nice staff.
Ordered the shrimp ceviche... lots of banana in the ceviche but not nearly enough shrimp .. Very disappointing.
