Very unclear contracts - loans are sold with no option to exit early unless you pay all the interest that would have accrued if you stay to the end of the term. Not sure if that is illegal, but it is perhaps the least customer-centric policy I have ever come across. Beware.
Just use them if your only other option is commit suicide. As somebody mentioned below, got soooo fed up with them I wanted to clear the loan, still have term left and I didn't got a decent fair quote, they wanted all the interest even for half of the time.
DO NOT USE THIS CO... they are noting more than bullies, they are not regulated on Cash advance and know this so act completely dishonestly. There sales team kept on calling non stop and all i did was inquire, when i couldnt make repayments, they didnt bother to find out about my circumstances, i offered a settlemement figure and instead of coming back to me they choose to go straight to court - no communication with me at all. The paper filled at court even quotes incorrect information about the debt
