Received my flowers on valentines day, felt they were poor quality and rang the shop.. I was asked did I want a few more lilies but I asked could the bouquet be replaced, was asked what flowers I liked and I said all flowers but mainly lilies. My new bouquet arrived soon after but not with a smile and one lily stem in it (bearing in mind I said I liked lilies) with quite a lot of yellow chrysanthemums my least favourite colour of flower even though I understand they couldn't of known this, but just felt it was a rushed put together of a second attempt which were not that pretty, have had nicer stems from sainsburys unfortunately I would not recommend.

Ordered flowers online, website was easy to use, flowers arrived the next day as requested and recipient was very happy with them.
What amazing service !!!! Contacted Nuala very late Thursday and explained what we were looking for. We wasn't sure of colour and as we had used Nuala before we trusted her judgement. We weren't disappointed. The possies looked amazing and the silk flowers that she uses looked brilliant They were delivered with a smile to our door first thing Saturday. Thank you! Nuala. Definitely recommend and use again.
