After coming out of hospital due to COVID-19 The car hadn’t been started for a while,flat battery. Rang Dave at NPA had not dealt with them before. Dave arranged a new battery at a good price delivered Whithin 2hrs. Excellent.

After using Sunderland branch for years and never had an issue. I purchased parts from Newton Ayclife that were defective. Took them back and exchange parts were just as bad. They initially refused a refund but eventually gave it, but I have yet to recieve my exchange part back or the surcharge. I will never use again and would urge anyone BUYER BE WARE. As for the reply looking into this, I have ordered parts elswhere and will be returning to recieve either my exchange parts or surcharge if i have had no reply in 7 days
