NowThen have been great. We were rather wary of agencies before this but using NowThen has been really good. Always professional, respond to emails and phone calls, and are flexible when necessary. We tend to have the same person now every time which is what we like but the others who have come when necessary have all been great. Good quality, and trustworthy. Better to pay a few pounds (not lots) more rather than have the hassle of finding, hiring (and firing) your own). Recommended.

We had our new house deep cleaned before we moved in. It had been stood empty for over 6 months and was in a really grotty state. Now then cleaners came in, called in extra manpower, and blitzed it so we could move straight in and make ourselves comfortable. The power wasn't working to the boiler and they did all of this with water boiled in the kettle! Very happy and grateful for the service received

We've used NowThen Cleaners for a couple of years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Having spent a long time trying to get reliable cleaning services, we came across them and have never looked back. Our cleaner (Tom) is wonderful at his job and always has a friendly word to say, the admin team are also brilliant.
