Would say it was great since we were the only people in the cinema. A lot of fun and entertainment. Easy to get in and out. Wonderful screen with nicely arranged seats. Just amazing.

A very large Cinema that you can enjoy your time with your family to watch good movies.
Good cinema, located in IBN batuta Mall. Plenty of movies to choice from. Unfortunately, very limited food selection. And in our case some of the food the have was off-stock
Been watching movies at Novo for 5 years now. Everytime the experience is better than the previous one. And it just keeps getting even more better.

Nothing wrong with the movie theater by itself, but when you charge 55dhs for a cinema ticket you would expect to have a certain level of add on service. Clearly the place is struggling, it is almost deserted, when you walk in all TV screen advertising movies are switched off, makes you wonder if the place is open, the FB outlets are out of stock of almost everything except popcorn and nachos... no ice cream available, very limited varietey of snacks on display. Highly disappointed in terms of service, nothing to compare with competition such as another brand based in Mall of Emirates.
Clean and well sanitized. We had a great experience :)
