My experience at Cadillac of Novi was exceptional easy and outstanding. This is my first experience at Cadillac of Novi. I made this lease car deal while driving to Florida. My salesman Brandon Thompson is “Johnny on the spot “. He is organized friendly and professional. He made everything so easy and guided me when I had questions. Doug was pretty awesome to work with. He introduced himself with a short video in front of the car we were interested in to let us know it was still available and he was looking forward to meeting us. Upon meeting him, we quickly learned why he was referred to as \Doug E Fresh\ . Our entire experience was a \fresh\ experience and Doug was very attentive to our needs and kept the buying experience how it should be, a pleasure. Even though we weren't purchasing a brand new Cadillac, he still treated us like we were. Doug worked with us to make sure we had all the information on the vehicle we were looking at and even allowed us to take it home overnight to make sure it was truly the right fit. He also made sure the vehicle was in as close to new condition and as clean as possible before handing it over.. Our entire experience with Cadillac of Novi was great. They worked with us to find an even better interest rate than our credit union could provide us. Dana helped us through the paperwork and provided some excellent conversation while we were waiting for our car to be \fluffed and buffed\. He was a sure pleasure as well. Everyone else we crossed paths with seemed just as friendly and willing to help. What a great team you have!.
