Nova Dumpsters were great! We had called a couple businesses and found them to be the most responsive and reasonably priced. They were completely transparent with the costs and were prompt to deliver and remove the dumpster. We would definitely use them again.

We actually ordered two (2) Dumpsters over the course of the project. The 1st was a 6 yard, which turned out to be too small (My fault) and we filled it quickly. We had the 15 yard sent the following week which was able to fit in the driveway and was large enough for us to complete the renovation. Prompt friendly customer service and delivery. would recommended and will use them again!
First time renting a dumpster so I did a lot of research. Prices are VERY high in this area, I guess because they can charge them, but Nova Dumpsters was by far the lowest cost,quality company I found. Cheryl was awesome in working with me to confirm sizing. Even though she did not have one the size I needed at booking, she held one as soon as it came back for me to save some money. It was nice having a 10yd option, fit well along the side of the house in the street and was not \overwhelming\ to the community. Bright blue with reflective tape on the corners kept drivers safe as they drove by. The driver dropped it exactly where I needed it (to the foot) and was quick and painless to remove. I did go over my weight, which I knew I would, and it was quick and easy, she just charged the overage to my card and shared a copy of the scale ticket! My neighbors are going to be renting now as well they were so impressed with the service and price. Thanks Nova Dumpsters! I'll be getting at least one more for some heavy yard work coming up!
Over the course of our home renovation project, we rented out three dumpsters from Nova dumpsters and were so pleased with their customer service. First, they were the only local company who would try--and succeeded--to deliver a dirt/concrete dumpster to our narrow driveway and the driver spent extra time making sure it was exactly where we wanted it. Secondly, the receptionist Cheryl was always kind, helpful, and patient with our questions as this was our first major construction project. By the time I requested our last dumpster pickup, she even remembered my address based on my name and continued her excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a dumpster service!
I highly recommend Nova Dumpsters. Their customer service representative is very helpful. They provide prompt and responsive service! If I have to rent another dumpster, I will not even bother with any other company.
