I contacted The Yarn Loft a week ago through Facebook messenger and asked to be sent a mystery box. They told me to make an order. After thinking it over, they chose the most wonderful combination of yarns local to the UK that may not be available in the US. My package arrived just about a week later and I couldn't be any happier. Within a day they sent me an invoice and the yarn was mailed right away. Amazing customer service. If I ever travel to the UK, I know I have to stop by. Thank you so much.

Fantastic place to spend a few hours. It's the knitting shop equivalent to a lovely candy shop. You will gorge yourself with quality yarns and patterns.
