Brilliant customer service. Explained everything I needed to know showed me nearly every snake in shop letting me and my daughter hold them. Definitely recommend and we had a 100 mile round trip.

Friendly staff, spacious shop and a car park close by. Bought three spiderlings, they gave me a choice on which spiderling I would like to have. They have all the necessary supplies you could ask for, on all types of animals. There is a huge choice of animals too. They even have a animal boarding so if you wanted to go on holiday this would be the best place to take your animal too. Highly recommend shop.

Went in to get some bird food and asked questions about the care of a particular budgie I have and they asked loads of questions and was very knowledgeable and helped me loads. Unfortunately can't remember her name but she was from the birds section. She made me feel reassured I'm doing everything i can for my budgie. Will be going back again.
