Went for a briefing through Unite the Union. Was very good and the solicitors that gave advice on various subjects all knew there profession very well and cared about the issues they dealt with.

Shame there isn't a zero star on here. Had to constantly chase for information on two separate claims over the years with one still ongoing (17 months and I've now been informed it might not be worth carrying on even though I've been injured at work due to management negligence) and had to give the same details THREE times of the same claim. Extraordinary unprofessional and lazy. Beware!
Good solicitors. Building is a bugger to find. For that just look for a massive 37 on the wall. Security gaurd will sort you out then.
Very professional and friendly service and will also provide excellent advice on difficult situations

Thompsons have been working on my case for nearly 2 years and I'm very satisfied with their work and the results.
Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Gave my case all the time and attention that was needed to be successful. Very pleased with Thompsons Solicitors. Highly recommended. Thanks Kirsty for your passion and dedication.
Kirsty handled my case and I found her to be extremely professional but friendly and approachable. Communication was excellent despite the lockdown. Case is settled and I’m very happy. No complaints and would definitely recommend.
