Amazing shop, with everything you'd need. The staff are so helpful. And The vibes inside the shop lift your spirit completely x x x
I am so sad that this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had, after it had been a place I was wanting to visit for so long! At first social distancing solutions were not encouraged and then the lady found the solution to be shouting about how her business is going to get shut down whilst simultaneously telling us that we should support her local business and that Amazon pay their workers less than minimum wage! I had attempted to support local business by entering the shop but due to the poor customer service and lack of solutions to encourage social distancing, I am satisfied to be finding another local business to support
Lovely little supply shop. Got some really good things to finish off our alter. Some things a little pricey but I'd rather support a genuine wiccan shop than eBay.
Fantastic value, timely dispatch, lovely range of products and it's so easy to shop online with you. Orders are always packed with obvious care and as a result arrive in mint condition. On the single occasion I had an issue with delivery - which was a problem with the post and absolutely not within the shop's control, by the way - communication was prompt and clear and the matter was resolved so quickly and easily with absolutely minimal fuss. I'm consistently satisfied with your service and am happy to recommend you.
