The shop owner has gone above & beyond the call of duty; a Good Samaritan in my sister’s hour of need.. one ball of wool and she’s got it.. the perfect colour for Christmas pine cones and she has it... and even though we’re in lockdown the Artful Buttoner delivered on all counts! albeit over the ‘phone... I shall definitely be back for more from the Artful Buttoner / Wool and Haberdashery! Would recommend to everyone - Great service, very friendly and utterly helpful. A most sincere; Thank you

Amazingly colourful clean and organised wool & haberdashery shop, has to be the best ive taken my mum to in the Midlands (probably best shop in Kirkby In Ashfield;) Such an awesome array of buttons & wools. Lovely staff too with great customer service. Do recommend to all pro-knitters & those interested in taking up the art/hobby.
